Most of my patients, when looking for something to enhance their face, neck, or chest are looking to tighten or improve the look of their skin. While neurotoxin (Botox, Xeomin, Jeauveau, Dysport, and more recently, Daxxify) can help lift the skin in some areas, it doesn’t create new collagen or tighten the skin. Filler may have a lifting affect with volumization but we can only take that so far. I never want my patient to appear puffy, doughy, or overfilled.
